Outlook open, double click on the email in question. |

| Select VIEW
and then OPTIONS. |

| Look for the
section that reads Internet Headers:. Single click in the box to
the right of Internet Headers: and then hold down the CTRL
key and press the A key on your keyboard. This will highlight the
information found in this box as shown in the picture. Hold down the CTRL
key and press the C key on your keyboard. This will copy all that
information to your clipboard. |
